• Job Bookings: Mercury offers our customers the flexibility in managing your own transport requirements. Job bookings can be made  by phoning our professional customer service staff on 9427 4777 or using online bookings.
  • Job Despatch: Your job booking is allocated to the best available driver ensuring your delivery times are met. Our windows dispatch system is linked to all our technologies ensuring complete accuracy of information in our delivery process.
  • Job Pick-up: Mercury driver acknowledges the job booking received via their hand held PDA data unit and proceeds to pick up and deliver your consignment. The PDA unit receives all the job details, including goods descriptions, contact details or order numbers maintaining complete job accuracy.
  • Job Delivery: On delivery, Mercury drivers receive a proof of delivery (POD) on all consignments on drivers hand held PDA units. A signature and printed name along with the time the consignment was dropped is obtained.
  • Automated Proof of Delivery – Email or Phone: On completion of your job we can email you a POD containing all delivery information including receiver’s signature, date and time. Alternatively we will provide a courtesy phone call or you can view or download POD’s from our website.
  • GPS Tracking: All Mercury vehicles via their hand held PDA’s are visible to our fleet controllers. We can tell you where your consignment is at all times and drivers route history.
  • Track and Trace (Live): When a job is booked you can watch your delivery happen via our website. From the time the job is booked, allocated, picked up and delivered – all live on our website.
